I would suggest investing in a thread design to look more appealing to potential employers, as well as attaching a documented resume/cv to explain more about yourself, your prior experience, and your skills.

I'd suggest, having a reputation in the community. Either becoming a manager on a well-known server or make a reputation by helping build up a server that you can then use to rep yourself. More than likely most Owners won't be looking for someone on mc-market with 0 rep especially if said person has no thread/premium account.
