Hi, I am the founder and CEO of DeityDesigns. We are a graphical designing company who strive to impress their clients using the cheapest possible pricing but also having the best quality work.
(We are not an official company however we plan on becoming one in the near future)

Today, DeityDesigns are hiring Sale Representatives, Managers, and designers.

Sale Representatives: 5
Managers: 1

Designer (Graphical): 3
Designer (C4D): 2
Artist (Hand-Drawn): 3
Animator (Intro Designer, MC animations): 2
Trailer Designer: 2

Pricing you may ask?
Our Sale Representatives are paid 5% of what the client pays us.
Our designers are paid 90% of the work they complete

The other 5% goes towards the team. Then from the 5%, 50% of it goes towards the manager.
(So if we get $10 - $5 goes towards our manager)

To apply for a designer role, it's as simple as this.
You have to join our discord. The code is "HbTJ6H6"
You PM me on MC-Market your discord name + # numbers AND your portfolio. I will then respond to your PM if you have been accepted or denied. If you're denied, you will have a reason included.
(Green means that the job is open and red means it's taken).

To apply for Manager or Sale Representative you do the following;

PM me on MC-Market your discord name + # numbers AND your resume. We do not have a pre-written application form, instead, we would like to see a resume to show you are not lazy

Please include in the title of the PM the following;
What you are applying for.
If you're applying for a C4D designer, put "C4D Designer" in the title.
If you're applying for a sale representative please put "Sale Representative" in the title.

Your rep on mc-market, and how well known you are may or may not contribute towards my final decision, depending on what role you are applying for.

Please be informed all designers have to sign a contract. If you're under the legal age to sign a contract, (it varies in countries, so I will not put a definite age), please request your parents to sign it. However, we cannot verify that your parent did sign it.​

I dont get the percentages. 50% for Manager and 5% for Sales Representatives yet you take 90%? Where the heck did the 50% comes from? Someone explain me please.

Sorry, I must've not worded myself correctly. The manager is paid 50% of what is left over.

Edit - I re-worded the thread, hopefully, it makes more sense now! Sorry for any inconvenience.

You said it's going to be cheap, your example states that 5 percent of the money you would make (not the artist) is about 10 dollars.

That would mean someone would have to pay 200 dollars for a peice of art.

Haha, that was an example, not the pricing.
We most likely won't be charging $200 for art.
