Hey everyone! My name is Delerio, and today I am offering my management services. I'm sixteen years old, still in school as a sophomore, and participate in a few extracurricular activities such as martial arts. I've had a passion for Minecraft and games since I was very young, and always enjoyed taking a leadership position in environments I felt good in. I have over a year of experience when it comes to staffing and managing servers, among many other services. I am simply looking for work to do, whether it be unpaid or paid, that can be discussed in PMs via Discord. I have staffed on multiple servers, such as Zerania (300 pb at max), ParallaxMC (30 pb max), and SkyCrush (100 pb max). I'm able do anything from moderate a chat to managing your server and staff team. I am experienced in marketing, Discord setups, and staff / event management. I've worked with Delerio before and even talked to him for an Interview, He can manage a staff team he can manage a server. I can easily say If I owned a server I would hire him.

Vouch for del. I've worked under him on 4 different servers for the past half a year, alongside a few others. I'm sure I wouldn't be the only person of them to say that del is one of the most dedicated, smart, and fun managers. I've seen him boost a playerbase from 5 to 100 within days of his hiring. Bottom line? He certainly knows what he is doing.

I was originally the sole manager of SkyCrush when it first opened, long before Max or Expire owned it. It was under the ownership of Naskel and Surx. We had bought a slot during that time, where we reached a peak of roughly one hundred players.

I can personally vouch for Delerio. I have worked under him on multiple servers and admire his perseverance and attitude to get things done. Under his supervision and support I am now a Developer on Zerania, a server he has helped manage and run for quite a while. I have seen his work on Skycrush during the age of Naskel and Surx which was amazing and as I was scrolling through the comments I ran into Sosa's remarks on Delerio's work ethics and attendance. During my time on Zerania and Skycrush while Delerio was working, the only problem that Delerio ever had was being respected and recognized for his commitment and hard work. He has created many environments and communities that continue to astonish me. There are many times that some of us need a break from the constant disrespect and distrust from players but from my perspective Delerio is able to handle it very well. He may from time to time play CSGO to relieve some stress from staffing but other than that all I have seen is Delerio improving the servers along with himself. His personality is quite unique and uplifting. His positive attitude, dedication and the ability to lighten everyone's' mood has astounded me. Throughout my months of staffing under his management, I have seen him elevate several server player-bases with a range of 5 players to higher than 100 consequent from his hiring. In my opinion, I would recruit him as one of my managers if I were to create a server.
