Delete homes outside of claims

Basically title says it, I need a plugin that deletes a person's home if they arent in his/her claims anymore including neutral factions. The only time it doesnt delete is if it is in an ally faction. Reply below with the price you would charge for this. I am using factionsuuid and essentials if that helps you.

I'm pretty sure there's an option in the config file that allows you to do this, or maybe it's with MassiveCore only, I'm not sure, but it might be worthwhile to look into it.
