Have no idea, can't found it.
The only thing i know is that back in the day (when i was playing around with how servers works) I created a hub. And at one point, i used exactly that map.

I think the prison image is custom over that portal, but the map itself is downloaded.

I hate scammers, instead of doing something, a server, work, or anything they scam. Because they don't have the intelligence to do things everyone else does.

ikr I cannot find the hub but I have seen this on multiple servers.

I bought this off someone I know who /usually/ was reliable. If you could get a link to it or screenshots, I'll remove it. As far as I know, I thought it had never been used.
