Well, it does but it doesn't clarify it deeply, like it doesn't separate from the rest of the thread. If I was a player, I'd assume this is just an ordinary server ad and not a ad that says your looking for staff on your server. In that case I recommend you post in this section: http://www.mc-market.org/forums/recruitment-staff/.
