Looking for an animated banner for my upcoming Minecraft server, the guy I was working with fell through, I need it completed ASAP today, preferably within a few hours.

Details:
I don't want something super flashy but not a static banner either.
Needs to contain the color #2460AD
I want it to list that we have MCMMO, Survival, Custom Plugins, Stable Economy, Player Shops
I would prefer to have the source AE file to update the text in the future. (I can pay more for source if it's not a ridiculous amount)

Budget is $30 and can be negotiated based on the shorter timeframe.

I can get you one animated tonight/after 8ish pm EST. I can give you the source file for it for extra though we will need to talk more about what your looking for. I should be able to do the base price of $30. My discord is flamelier#7880
