1. I'm not claiming it as my own, hell I even gave credits to him. I simply stated the fact I editted what he made and am now selling my version of his product.
2. His terms do not say I can not edit it and sell my editted version of the theme?
3. I figured I'd help out the community of people who do not know how to edit or make themes and sell my editted version of his theme? I dont see how this is an issue but if I am told it is an issue by several people or staff then I will just simply take this down and no harm done.
