I never said it had 40 people on at all times if you read the thread title it sais 130 daily players the player count is boosted for advertising.

This server was pretty much abandoned for the past year with mild work, but it still has a good amount of potential just my pmc ads are probably worth my asking price.

I join it and I see 8 people on the whole server, then I log off a second later and it says 40 people on the motd tab list....
