Introduction
Hey Guys,
I have been running this server for a couple of months now and it has become a part of my life. Selling this server is very hard for me to do, especially since we just got into the top ten spots of pixelmonservers.com this month. I enjoyed every second that I worked and played on this server and all the money I got from the server went right back into it or went to my family when I wanted to do something for them. Although I enjoyed my time working on the server some personal matters recently came up forcing me to sell it. I am trying to pass the server along to another passionate owner so my players wouldn't feel cheated out of anything.

The server has been fully up for about 2 months (we came out of beta on the 11th of november) and during that time we have made $3629 USD.
Today we made $146 our worst day this week has been a $56 day.
For some reason, the graph showed tomorrow's profits too.
Pixelmon Unlimited owns http://www.unlimitedmc.org/ which I am leasing yearly or $10 a year.
Currently, unlimitedmc.org is worth 1,632.
On a scale from 1-10 for Minecraft servers, I would say this domain would be a 8, but for server networks, this would be a 10 because unlimited goes well with any game mode and has some nice slogans, for example, I was working on this one: A place for unlimited fun!
I am counting this as 2 months because we started buycraft on November 11th and it is currently January 9th so I just filled the missing November time with the january time.

Newest version - We worked hard to get the server on modded 1.10.2 with the latest version of pixelmon (5.0.1) which required us to use Sponge.
Player friendly spawn - we have tested different versions of spawn in the beta stages of the server and we chose the best spawn that is the most likely to be new-player friendly.
This spawn includes: NPC shops, loot crates, boss tower, enchant area, maze, arena, 2 training paths, (look by the mountains) poke center, & some other free buildings that you can do whatever with.

TeamQuests - allows players to join a team, get a tag for that team, and do item turn in quests
RunOnJoin - Forces new players to run a command when they first join the server
LootCrates - Random rewards from a one-time use key when used on a loot crate.

Why don't you have a good reputation on this site?
I don't use this site that much and I am not really willing to change the price or anything because of that.
How will the actual deal go down?
I have prepared a file with all relevant information inside which I will upload to sellify for the final price. This makes sure that all parties involved are protected. This file will not include the server files as those will be on the dedicated server, however, in the file, I will give you root ssh logins, root FTP logins, and admin multicraft logins that can all be used to access the files if needed.
Will you help me?
If there are some things that require immediate fixing or if you do not know how to change the destination PayPal account to your own on buycraft I will personally help you on skype. I am very active on there and have it on my phone and PC so if you need anything just ask.
What should I post on this thread?
On the replies, you can discuss the server with others, give me suggestions, or critic my server. But if you happen to have problems with me and not the server then message me on skype.
