Terms Of Service.
1. All payments must be made 50% upfront.
2. All artwork updates will come heavily watermarked and may only be removed once full payment is received.
3. All conversations regarding commissions are being logged, any attempt to chargeback via Paypal or though your bank will result in NCC showing any and all chat transcripts as well as the completed project to Paypal / Bank As well as the user being banned on NCC.
4. Chargebacks are forbidden. If a client has a problem with the product they are given they must say so before they pay the second 50%. Once the full 100% has been sent all sales are final. All refund requests can and will be denied.
5. It is not the responsibility of NCC to get all of the details for your artwork correct, You are held liable for any misunderstanding that may or may not occur.
6. Payments must all be sent to '[email protected]' and must be sent as 'Friends and family' We are your friends.
7. The user will incur a 6% fee on all commissions on top of the agreed upon service charge. This is to cover the PayPal fees. The user is required to pay these fees.
8. By requesting any services you agree to the terms listed above.

Actually our prices are quite fair considering the services we provide. An over priced job would be $100 also please consider our drawings are all drawn by hand to start with so it is of the most high quality, In addition the income has to cover the High grade paper and pencils that are required to make such high quality logos. We hope you change your mind and decide to use us at a later date.

You hand-draw the backgrounds and don't draw the text, and it's not even shaded. Your manager is extremely rude and you don't even need "high grade paper and pencils", that's just a choice. You could make art of the same quality with $5 bulk printer paper and some #2 pencils.

That is your opinion. But do not go around saying we are rude please. You are the one that came into our discord server acting very passive aggressive and the FIRST thing you said was a complaint about literally nothing, The manager thanked you for telling us your concern and then he told you that you are allowed to leave. We do draw the text, And these pictures in particular are not shaded, because the clients who they were made for did not request shading. We just started up and we are still working on some showcase art. Nobody ever said we NEEDED high grade stuff. But some people from past experience of our staff have demanded that things be made with high quality equipment or they wont take services. We just put that out there so people like that can see easily that we can cater to their needs. Just because our product or services are not for you does not give you any kind of reason to act the way you did.

I'm sorry for how the manager acted. That has been dealt with, But in fairness you DID come off quite passive aggressive. As well as on your first comment on this thread. It's okay we all make mistakes, Best thing is to accept that and move on.

The graphics are overpriced to be honest.

http://prntscr.com/jlg5gg - Placed these windows on the most obnoxious places.
http://prntscr.com/jlg5un - The top of the castle being entirely as-symmetric with zero detail/shading. a simple gradient would have done the job.
http://prntscr.com/jlg68i - The lines are messy, and not straight.

I would not buy the logos for the prices you have mentioned.
P.S You do not need high grade pencils, or paper for digital art. A simple mouse is enough to get a simple sketch, with straight lineart, and filling it with appropriate colors, and gradients.

But, Good luck on selling these though.
