lmao i know someone was gonna tell me this wondering why i have this thread made.
basically i got 2 contacts from ovh main center for technical support. and i'm doing this to help all people know more about ovh which they don't want to wait 24 hours for their ticket to be answered or they don't even have an account because for me i think ovh is the best hosting provider for now

but some people asking where to buy a vps or dedicated server so i made this thread to help people telling them about ovh features and like i told u i got premium support feature which i get through 2 ovh technical support contacts that means if you have emergency or something i can help you better than opening a ticket and wait 24 hours maybe

I get where you’re going with this, but it’s pointless. I used to talk to 2 people from OVHCloud on an almost daily basis. One was even a manager for a portion of the company. Just because you know them doesn’t mean they’re going to put the people you refer to them first. They’re supposed to answer the tickets depending on the priority and age, not by who asks. If they’re answering the clients you refer to them instead of one with a drive failure or idk a compromised account that wouldn’t be good.

i really want to help people if i can't help with money or free hosting i want to help with knowledge
