If you cant design your own website, you cant setup a VPS, and you don't have the funding to pay people to do it. Then don't try and start a host. Its not going to end well, most hosts fail within a month. Especially ones with next to no funding and / or people with no knowledge in that area.

Might sound a bit harsh, but save yourself the trouble and find a different project.

I do have a website, I do have a VPS, And i do know a lot actually. But i also work a full time job and cannot manage everything on my own.

You're basically just asking people to run a hosting company and give you a share of the profit. I can't see too many people going for this option.

Out of curiosity, if someone did agree what would you be bringing to this company?

I would be bringing the funding of course, i have the money to do so. But as i stated before i do not have the time to fully develop the company.

But seeing this as others are in total disagree i am going to remove this thread as i don't feel like having to deal with people trashing the thread. But thank you for your curiosity.

My recommendation to anyone who is wanting to start a hosting company is that if you cannot do it yourself or with the assitance of your immeidate friend group, it is probably best that you don't start one.

Most hosting companies that are started by someone who requires this much help to get it started typically fail relatively quickly. Most serious/legit hosting companies don't even make a profit for months after starting up.

It's great and all that you want to start a hosting company although my recommendation is to keep your money.

Just my two cents.
