Your thread design is looking a bit condensed don't you think? Also, make sure you understand the correct definition and context of 'professionally' because "like many others" they misuse it as a way to say 'respectfully'

Also, the superlative term "best" shouldn't be thrown around so much, might get some hate for false advertisement.

Trent was not fired because he couldn't get sales right away. He was fired because he acted impulsively and without my permission on many occasions. He also made more excuses than I could count. He also was not diligent in his work and did not speak to customers with any respect whatsoever.
