Howcome

After accepting $150 to record one video on my server, his response time is very slow and the time in which he is on is very small. After 8 days waiting we organised a time to record on my server. I said I was ready 5 minutes early and he said, 'you're 5 minutes early'. Then when it was the time he did not reply and I continued to message him at 5 minutes intervals for the next 45 minutes. He was not around. The whole time I have been having a battle to get him to respond and record on my server. Then, when he said he was ready, he changed our terms and said I only record series, at least 5 videos. He said this after we first agreed for one video! He refuses to refund so I have submitted a chargeback, which I will win. I am not the only user who has had difficulties with dealing with him. He has also been caught for scamming before and has been removed from the lists of several advertisement managers.

Thanks for the explanation, I'm dealing with him at the moment. I have heard mixed views on him to be honest, mainly negative. I wanted him to record 2 videos on my server and we are negotiating a price but now that you've said about the series of 5 thing at the last minute, that sounds like something he'd do.

Yeah, he pulled it out of nowhere and I got really frustrated because that is such a dodgy thing to do.
