The playerbase ranges from 10 up to 40+. 10 in the mornings and 20+ in the afternoon generally, generally 30+ during the summer and breaks from schools.

So? I know about 50+ player servers running on shared hosting, not that its a great idea but why a $150 dedi? A $60-80 one is way overkill already

What are the specs?

It's a Xeon W1290P (10C/20T @ 3.7+GHz) with 128gb of ddr4 ram and 1tb of nvme ssd


We had an 80 dollar one beforehand, but didn't have good enough storage, we usually have a big world over 200k+ border size, mainly for storage, the previous season the world was over 700gb, even with culling unused chunks.

Yeah you definetly dont need that for that small of a server and in most places you can ask for an extra SSD/HDD for $10-30

Yeah, I mostly bought, just to have more storage for other servers aswell
