I hate to be that guy, but perhaps you should consider getting in a bit more practice at detailing and decorating faction spawns. Sure, it's an ok price for what you get, but the thing with buying builds is that most server owners want something they could never build themselves. I've seen server-owner skill vary, but most of them could probably get close to something like this.

Thanks for the input! This is an old build we just decided to put up. We have grown as a build team now and now have more builds that are now more professional and above the average skill level.
