If you want something like this done well you're looking to pay close to 80 grand! Noone with the level of skill to do this will be able to help you. Not to mention that wynncraft has been receiving consistent updates for the last 10 years.

If you're not initially willing/going to pay anyone for any of their work, just forget about it since nobody is gonna make something like that for free.

I'm not looking to make what Wynncraft has made. I'm comparing this to Wynncraft because some mechanics are similar. I already have a base plugin that has mana system and Hp system, along with class creation and IDs almost done for only $150. All I need now are spells to be done really and some bugs and issues. I'm no looking to create quests and things like what Wynncraft did. Also 80k is really exaggerated.

Hey as you can tell this is not paid which means this will probably be very low. I can do pay but most of the time it's very expensive for plugins like these so if you're will to negotiate, add my discord which will be listed down the thread.

Anyways, I'm making a MMORPG and I need plugin developers (preferably ones from Wynncraft). This is because people who have played Wynncraft or played any MMOs have a better understanding of what I'm trying to request.
These mmorpg includes this:
-Custom ID and attributes for items such as +10% Magical Defense/Damage, +10% Spell Damage

Guarantee if you've seen/played Wynncraft you know what I mean. This thread is mainly for those who are interested in this project and to develop for fun. However if you're willing to still do it for a price I can negotiate. Also as you can tell, you need to be very advanced to do these.

You're posting on Mc-Market, a marketplace asking for free complex plugin system... dude...

As Tabbin said, I wouldn't start a server if you don't have money. You need to factor in more than just development costs, even if you somehow get them for free, with the main being advertising. You aren't going to go anywhere nowadays without a big adverts budget.
