Who we are
Visage is a network dedicated to the players, making the greatness of Hardcore Factions become a reality, and having a blast doing it. We have tons of plans for the future to the server and so far, most of them came to reality. We made this thread to find the most professional staff that would like to work on Visage.

Why you should choose us
You should choose us for two reasons: dedication, and quality. Visage is not just another Hardcore Factions Network, we're doing it right; we need you to help us with that. We're totally dedicated to the player and staff member alike, making sure everything runs smoothly, and efficiently in the back-end, while our players are having the time of their lives. As a staff member of a server, you're going to help us with that vision.

Gamemodes
I imagine some of you are wondering what this network would consist of. Visage is planning on releasing an HCF Server, Practice Server, KitMap Server, and more... We have tons of ideas for Visage that would be fun for the players to participate in.

If you want to do it right then don't recruit people from here because the most staff members I have picked up from MCM didn't know what they were doing.

We were hesitant before posting this. We've decided to have an in-depth interview with the applicant and get an understanding of what she/he is capable of. We're of course looking for good experiences before recruiting.

• Why do you want to be server staff? (Please use detail) The reasons I'd like to apply for Trial-Mod is not for power or for the likes among players. Its just my personality, I love to help out new servers. I want to see a server grow and improve with my support. I could start off by saying how this could be the best server I have ever played. I could brag about the excellent player base and how great our community is. The fact is that if my love for helping out new community's was not a thing, I wouldn't be here applying for staff. The simple reason for me wanting to be a part of this team is that I have a love for helping people. I miss doing this from past servers, and I have a great sense of accomplishment when someone that asks for my help has their problems resolved. To have happy players online only makes this server better. I like to know what I helped those people out.
