lol, this is the worst hosting ever. I tried to get a server and the chat (Gabriel) was threating me like i'm dont worth anything. This website is a scam because they have no support at all, try to get a free server but don't pay a dollar to this because they are really unserious. I don't see why you even post a thread, because you don't want customers to your site so thats pretty cool imo. My personal review of this hosting company owned by a 12 year old boy and his classmates

I am sorry for the issue you were having. I am the CEO of Digital Horizons (Richard Pruett). I was away at the time this happened. A new firewall was installed just this morning and the port for our databases never got opened so our billing panel couldn't connect with Multicraft. I corrected the issue with the server. I will also review the chat and have a talk with my team. Please open a support ticket, ask for me by name and I will do my best to make this right with you. I am very sorry for this inconvenience.

I was thinking that you were giving away 5GB ram PER customer for free, however instead it's 1GB ram per customer for their first month.
Maybe you should say that you are giving away 1GB ram for the first month free and there's only 5 uses?

Ordered one of the free servers, got an email with login info, but the link for the panel in the email takes me to a 404 error as does the multicraft link on the website.
Update: The link to Multicraft on the website works now, and I can login, but your daemon is improperly setup and I cannot do anything with the server.
Over 24 hours later, posted on here, submitted a ticket with the company and received no information whatsoever. I'd be careful choosing this host.
