Hey, everyone! I'm from the UK. I work on servers being a admin normally however I can work at other jobs too
Yes I know what your thinking I'm not mature but that's not the case I am very mature and work hard at what I am told to do and can do just as good as other staff however I know there can be people that are not mature

About me: I love to laugh and have a joke but I'm very hard working and serious when I need to be

Previous experience I have been an admin and then worked my way up to headadmin and nearly co owner on another server
I was one of the top players, always active and working on stuff

The jobs I have normally done are:
Evaluating staff apps and replying
Issuing kicks or bans if needed
Keeping chat clean eg no spam,swearing etc
Helping the lower staff and showing them what to do
Dealing with what the donations from the server were gonna be used on
Making sure everyone was ok and helping the community out if needed
Learning plugins
Permissions
Console

Why should you choose me

Doing a job straight away as soon as you give to me and doing it to the best of my ability
I can stay calm under pressure and sort it out quickly. Getting issues fixed straight away instead of leaving them for other staff or doing it later.

I think its important the staff team work together as a team and are friendly towards one another

I'm a respectable staff member, I do not take sides or abuse I look at the issue and judge it appropriately and get a second opinion the key to being a good staff member is if you respect the players, they'll do the same to you most of the time

Lastly =I can have a laugh No one really likes a staff member who is there to simply enforce rules and be serious all the time . Players need staff they can feel like they can talk to and make them feel welcome and want to play on the server

what I am looking for
A admin role or possibly something higher so I can challenge and stretch my abilities and learn new things

If I do a big job I would like a bit of a payment but its not needed

Iwould like a calm level-headed, determined, motivated owner I wouldn't like to join a server that maybe is going to go down because it cant get enough players or support itself etc

She has worked for 1 servers now, mine. She is very ok, I think she wasn't specialized in anything, but general in most areas. She devotes her time to one server but want's money. She didn't used to. It's not that worth it.

She has worked for 3 servers now, including mine. She is very good, I think she made a mistake or this was her old post template. She devotes her time to one server, and will stay there for as long as she is needed.

True. But there is other staff that has been staff on more servers. and will stay there for as long as she/he is needed. and will do it for FREE.
