DeliRealms | Looking for a staff manager (PAID)

We're currently looking for a Staff Manager to join the DeliRealms team. We're looking for someone who can lead our staff team and help us create a professional, active, and welcoming environment.

Some of your tasks may include:

• Conducting interviews for staff applicants.
• Reviewing and managing staff applications.
• Setting up and maintaining a mentoring system for new staff members.
• Advertising staff applications and helping recruit new team members.
• Keeping track of staff activity and performance.
• Providing support, guidance, and feedback to staff members.
• Handling and resolving conflicts between staff members in a fair and professional manner.
• Ensuring staff members follow server and staff guidelines.
• Working with management to improve the overall quality of the staff team.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to remain professional and unbiased when dealing with conflicts.
• Someone who is reliable, mature, and willing to take initiative.
• Experience within Minecraft communities is preferred but not required.

Compensation:
