Builders & devs won't work for free. The most you will get is a 12 year old who wants to be staff.

I don't know, just saying I wouldn't trust plugins to be coded by a twelve year old. And a talented builder would probably apply for a already successful server.

I look through all plugins i put in my server i just am not g9ood with coding them, im just looking for a novice builder

the only dev your going to get for free is a kid who has leaked plugins and knows how to rename them
