DeluxeMenus example configuration

Can someone help me ? I really need some help with Deluxe menus Config ,since it keeps crashing and getting some errors while trying to configure it.
Can u do me just one example, because i really need help with it.
I need the example to be about a warp.
GUI name : Warps
Slot " any slot" Name : Member Warps , click opens Member warps gui
Warp name " B" Permission needed " essentials.warps.B " if player don't have the permission , the block will turn into a barrier .
I will be really thanksful if u do it, because i tried to do it several of times, but i always failed.

I just need one example, so I can build with it.

EDIT : Also, I would haven't asked for help if I haven't tried multiple times , or without looking and searching for an example WORKING config.

All I need is just a very small example config for it. What I'm requesting is smaller than 7 lines.
EDIT : Also the reason why I'm asking for it , is because i tried the example GUI from the wiki page for Deluxe Menus and it didn't work

Also, I already google it, and didn't find anything that can help, no one has posted any Config or an example config.

But I do also understand that lots of people do some examples and free configs. So if you aren't one of them, please leave the thread.
