On my server we have downloaded DeluxeTags and we cant get the tags to show up

You would've downloaded the plugin. It'll be something like EssentialsChat, DeluxeChat, etc.

Im not the one who did all the plugins but heres a list of them if that helps (we recently downloaded DeluxeChat bu im not sure if thats the one we are using)
