Demonic Services needs partner (Paid)

As the title suggests I am starting a service company that will go by the name of Demonic Services. Many benifits will come out of starting the service company with a partner rather than alone so I am looking to attain a partner who will be willing to work with me.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Age is not an issue, it is your maturity that counts
- Must be able to contribute at least 4 hours per day to Demonic Services
- Must have a good reputation on mc-market
- Must be able to do any listed services below
- Some leadership skills and experiences
-Knowledge of this industry
- Funding for the company (little amount)
Services we will be providing:
- Cinematics for servers and builds
- Discord setups with custom discord bots
- Building services
- Custom plugin creation
- Plugin configuratuon
- Designing of logos/banners
- In the future we offer entire server creation other than the hosting for which our staff will work together...
Qualities I am looking for...
- Somebody who is not only looking for money
- Somebody with a friendly and likeable personality
- Somebody with leadership skills
- Somebody who is not easily annoyed/angered
- Most importantly, somebody with a respectful personality
Not required but will help...

Payments:
80% to the staff member(s) who worked on the project, 20% will be split among us
