I've had my own ups and downs with staff and my own opinions in the past, and this is just something I would have done after being banned from SB by someone..
Just because you were breaking a rule and were punished doesn't mean it was wrongful. I don't know the whole situation with you guys and Gruss, but I've only seen him do his job correctly. As idiotic as I can be in the shoutbox, I don't even think he's punished me. Yes, they are sometimes excessive with their punishments, but they do appropriately punish when its necessary.
Most people like to twist around the situation to sound better and make the staff sound abusive because they are mad they got banned from a chat box on a block game forum. Go outside and get some air if it bothers you that much. Yeah, I've had times I got mad at my bans/kicks (trust me I've had plenty) and I just got over it after I realized arguing with staff and trying to start things like this gets me no where. If you think that the staff are going to do anything about this suggestion, you really should re-check what forum you are on.
Feel free to disagree with my post, just know that just because you're mad about your justified ban, making a post like this to defame this staff member is not making you look any better. Also defaming is against the rules

You most likely didn't go to http://mc-market.org/, type in shoutbox "Gruss you are butthurt" then get an instant ban. You were most likely provoking him and harassing him.

Like someone else said before, it's most likely a predefined warning reason so he doesn't set the points, so be mad at the back-end people like Mick and Rocket. No reason for him to be demoted for punishing you for breaking a rule.

More often than not I find that those at fault are the ones calling abuse.
Can there be changes made? Absolutely. Are things at their best right now? Of course not. That doesn't mean that the world is burning down, that people are out to get you, that "abuse" is intentional. It doesn't mean that your warnings or bans weren't unprovoked - OP, you called Gruss "hitler" and have your title set as a call against him. I don't know how much respect you think you earn by doing that, but I guarantee you that it doesn't improve your future standings with the staff team, no matter who it is.
Respect demands respect. A lot of people seem to fail to remember that here, and I've seen it come up more than once in other threads - the claim that you, as a user, deserve the respect of everyone, but will not give respect unless you seem it warranted, even with staff. It doesn't work that way. You might not like someone, you might not like their policies, but if you expect to work with them (or in this case, use their website), then you sure as hell better be respecting the conditions set forth.
I've managed some huge communities myself. I'm no stranger to transparency. I'm also no stranger to the fact that most of the time, if you're warned for something, you provoked it. Hell, I start arguments all the time in chat - but I don't make personal attacks, and I stop when told to. That's a difference a lot of people forget about. When you're asked to stop, you stop. When you continue to poke at people, make personal attacks against them, and treat their authority as a joke, you shouldn't be wondering why they dare to have the audacity to warn you for it.
You're not entitled to getting away with what you want, using derogatory slurs when you want, or playing the grey-area of the rules to the extent that you want.
And before anyone even thinks about claiming the Freedom of Speech™ as the reason why you should be able to make personal attacks, use defaming language, and derogatory terms against others, please refer to this helpful graphic:

I couldn't care less about "my future standings with Staff", I don't wish to become Staff and do not want to suck their dick to be liked by them.
I don't want to be respected, I want to be punished fairly.
I find it fair to be warned & recieve warning points for what I did. But the excessive amount (10) + the ban was uneeded and unfair.
Wasn't going to pull in freedom of speech, because I say whatever I want to say when I feel like it. And I'm not going to hind behind fos.
