I can tell you first hand that they were not the (or one of the) largest on the platforms they advertised, spigot and mcm included. They were well known, but client-base wise they were nowhere near the size you're trying to say. From what I can gather, they have been relatively small with around 400-800 clients (that's being very generous)[DOUBLEPOST=1570486435][/DOUBLEPOST]I say that because they don't even own many more IP addresses then that.

I was using deploys at the time of the 24+ hours outage with no information, data, and all Discord channels were locked.
I immediately filed a GDPR after 24 more hours of no response from the owners in order to secure my debit card information.
Guess what? This GDPR, filed 2 months ago, was only replied 1 week ago. I technically could've taken legal action :/
To this day I still don't know if they have my address and card info. I never got a final reply.

Not every user has their own IP.
And they have the minimum /24 for EU and /24 for US
