Not good with creating playlists and I practically only listen to Juice WRLD, so here's a couple of sad songs by him:
- All Girls Are The Same
- Reminds Me Of You
- Fighting Demons
- End Of The Road
- Scared Of Love
- Life's A Mess II
- Legends
- Robbery
- Empty

When you're depressed, seriously workout. It helps so much, it's crazy, and it helps form a excellent habit. If you can workout every time you feel sad or depressed, it will seriously help your overall mood improve, and make you happier as well.

Yeah that's great. I don't know what type of workouts you're doing, but try to increase the intensity a lot. Heavy cardio, high intensity interval training, bodyweight fitness, etc. Make the workout heavy and tiring, plus that helps a lot with sleep.

Yeah gyms etc. are closed so I just use this app for workouts at home. I also take a 2+ kilometer run everday.

Listening to depressing songs while depressed isn't great. You're not going to feel better by other people's misfortunes. I suggest listening to some upbeat music and take up that hobby you've been wanting to do.

If you're seriously depressed seek help, every country has organizations that can help with that. But before that ask yourself whether you are only depressed because you always tell yourself that you're depressed and strengthen the effect by listening to depressing music. Its proven that 70% of the depressions start in the mind of people who tell themselves that they're depressed, it can also be caused by a lack of nutrition, vitamins and exercise. Sometimes going for a walk and working out helps.

Also, the human mind implements things it learns by repeating. If you 'force' yourself to be happy, by surrounding yourself with positive thoughts and objects you're more likely to actually be happy. On the other side, when you surround yourself with negative things you're more likely to feel unhappy. That means being happy can become a habit, as well as being sad can become a habit. Sounds weird but trust me, it works.

Of course, if its actual depression and not just a phase of feeling bad please seek medical advice and/or go to a therapist to get proper help.

Happiness is a choice, not a result. ... Nothing will make you happy until you choose to be happy. No person will make you happy unless you decide to be happy. Your happiness will not come to you."

When I'm depressed though, I just listen to Eminem. I've been listening to it since I was young, and it gets me through all my hard times. Maybe check out some music your parents might've showed you, that's always fun listening to the music my dad put on the radio when I was young. Avenge Sevenfold, Judas Priest, etc..
