Hello MCM,

Recently, due to Personal reasons, I will temporarily not have the time, energy or patience to grow and develop NewWay as I had planned.

As Deputy Director, you will be in charge of all operations on NewWay, you will be expected to run the business as your own, taking direction from the Director.

For undertaking such a role, and fulfilling it well, you will be greatly rewarded. Whilst employed, you will receive 50% of weekly profits.

When I return full-time to NewWay (date tbd) you will also receive a bonus (tbd).

It is important to note that this position is not a fixed payment per week, it is profit share, with the opportunity for bonuses.

I will be on hand almost every day if you need anything, however I cannot run this solely any longer.
