Hey, why are you paying so much for such mediocre management why not hire me? I come with the whole shebang everything you need Staff management, media, and community. Anything your management could do I could do it better. Haven't seen me before? Let me tell you about myself. I started playing Minecraft when I was 5 which was over 10 years ago. Got my first Java account in 2016 I got into management by watching hackers catching and wanting to ban people. I found servers through the Minecraft server list and apply there I only got small positions like helper and mod. In 2018 I got my first big job as a manager for AlfredMC, from there I got into management. After that, it went dry for a couple of years, during those years I have seen what makes a Minecraft server succeed and fail. I know what players want and how to get it. At the end of all of this, I want to have as much knowledge as I can to start my own business one day. So why not hire me I don't see anyone stopping you besides yourself.
