Desert spawn

Heyo,

So I'm building a Desert Spawn right now and need some ideas to finish it off.

Thing I will be adding:

• Enchantment and CE place
• Custom Terrain, most likely a 50x50 around the spawn ( desert themed )
• Possibly another feeding/killing pit for animals
• Possibly a PvP arena
• Possibly removing the current shop replacing it with a warp shop

Things I need from all of you are suggestions that fit in with the spawn! Pictures of the spawn are here:

Boat would look cool or just a fishing area

Thanks for the idea, anywhere in particular you looking at where I could put it? Don't really have too much space :/
