Desert Style Castle

So i am looking for a few builds for my server.
One of these is a large sandstone/desert style castle.

What i am looking for is a castle which has a sepperate wall around it, a hallway which leads to the main throne room in the middle, then on the sides hallways that go up to a few bedrooms and an armory.
Outside between the walls and the main part of the castle ill need a walkway that is large enough that i could add some small shops in there (market stall of about 8 Wide x 6 Long x 4 High in size).

I am not sure how much such a build would be worth to be honnest, but i got about 25$ in budget right now.

EDIT: This is not a Spawn/Lobby/Arena/KOTH, this is just a random building players on my server should be able to explore as some sort of server town where they can buy some things and talk to some NPC's for quests.
