Section 1 - Payment
[1] All commissions require 100% up front payment before work will begin, unless I state otherwise in writing in your ticket.
[2] Payments must be made via PayPal, and must be made via Goods and Services.
[3] All payments must be made in USD. If I receive less then the expected amount due to conversion fees, your order will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded.
Section 2 - Activity and Communication
[1] I the freelancer am responsible for maintaining active communication. I am required to update you on the status of the commission once every 24 hours, If I fail to do so, you qualify for reimbursement.
[2] If you the client fails to communicate for more then 72 hours without previous notice your order will automatically be canceled and refunded.
Section 3 - Refunds and Reimbursement
[1] Under no circumstances are you permitted to file a chargeback via the PayPal Resolution Center. Doing so will result in automatic cancellation of any active tickets, forfeiting your right to a reimbursement, and a scam report being opened.
[2] By default, you the client do not qualify for reimbursement. Only under specific circumstances as defined in these terms will you qualify for a refund, at which point a reimbursement will be granted on a case by case basis.
[3] If you qualify for a refund, you must request one within 72 hours of the orders completion. You are responsible for ensuring you stay on top of a request for a refund.
[4] If I approve your request for reimbursement, I am required to fulfill the refund within 5 business days of you making the request. If I fail to approve or reject your request within 5 business days of making it, and you meet at least one qualification, your request will automatically be approved.
[5] You qualify for a refund if no product is ever delivered, or delivered more then 72 hours later then the most recently agreed to deadline.
