I currently am wanting to create a design team. I don't want to create a team where the designers/freelancers are getting ripped off by having to pay tons of money from their design work on commission fees. We just want 5% of profits. The 5% will be going towards advertisements to give us stable work so our designers & freelancers get clients often!
This team has no name yet, no logo & no website. I'm currently trying to get a few designers/freelancers together who are interested in this project.
