Hello MCM,
Today we’re beginning to bring more staff members onto our team. This post is to give some insight on why to work for us. There are so many servers out today, you may be questioning yourself “Is it even worth applying?” If you have ever asked yourself that at one point, let me give you some understanding as to why you would love to work for us.
Who are we?
Our server is a pvp based network that has a revolutionary perspective and agenda driven by innovation, expertise, and intrinsic passion. Things are also being held confidential for strategic reasons. During the initial interview, Our fundamental vision will be explained in depth.
- The project is being led by an Ivy league business student who has been co-published in academic journals and currently owns an established company
- Our server Manager, recently promoted to Owner owns an established company, and has experience grooming employees to do superb work.
- Our HR policy – ‘’Customers will never love a company until the employees love it first’’. We invest heavily into our employees with physical incentives such as pizza Friday’s. However, the benefits don’t stop there. The opportunity at hand is a prodigious learning experience. You’ll quickly learn incredible insights and how to do things the right way. So many servers, even the big ones, don’t understand how to execute well.
- We engage all our staff members and make sure that every single person has the opportunity to contribute to the cause.
- We have a core purpose, a driving vision, that is fundamental to our existence. This vision separates us FROM ALL SERVERS. The implications of such a vision are truly incredible.
- We have a great group of people who are sincerely passionate about the project
- We’ve built incredible partnerships with some of the most talented people in the entire community, including many partners and counting.
- We have projected around 2-5k concurrent players on release.
We’re currently looking for Helpers. Our vetting process consist of an application process and four interviews which will be reviewed by a committee. Roles will be assigned on the basis of various characteristics we look for in candidates. Experiences does matter but it’s not a focal point in our recruiting philosophy.

For those that are unsure about applying, let me share a story.
A man by the name of Mark Zuckerberg invites several people to listen to his investment proposal concerning a project called "Facebook". Only a few people showed up because the majority of those invited were ''too busy or couldn't bother''. Those investors who were at Mr. Zuckerberg's proposal ended up becoming billionaires/millionaires.
The moral of the story is that there are so many opportunities around us, yet we don't take advantage of them.
Believe me, I hear it all the time. I know people who are very successful who have told me ''See person A? If he/she wasn’t so cynical and naïve, he/she would be on a completely different path.''
This is a prodigious opportunity for self-development and learning. I know for a fact that many of you who have yet to apply are interested in such things.
