Desktop notifications for regular alerts

Idk if this has already been suggested but it would be really cool to be able to toggle desktop notifications for regular alerts if you have the MC-Market page already open. This would be cool because I'm usually making gfx or not on my browser and it would be nice to know when you get an alert immediately after you get it.
