Desmos Desktop App

Found an Electron Desktop App for Desmos here https://github.com/DingShizhe/Desmos-Desktop/ and I decided to update it because it was out of date. Credit where credit's due; DingShizhe brought the entire base together, JS and all (as I don't typically work with JS).

I decided to update it;

• Fancy titlebar because yes!
• Updated API version to v1.3 from some very old one
• Changed .des to .json because honestly custom file types of a json format are just pointless.
• Made the messages a little more desmos-like
• better window state handling
• icon in titlebar now.

I need thoughts; what should I change about it or add to it?
