The build was made for me and I have full rights to resell it. The spawn area is 125 by 125 and has a warzone area of 400 by 400. The world carry's out past the warzone for another 1.2k by 1.2k of custom terrain and then nicely mixs in with default mine craft terrain.

No offense but getting $50 is what I would consider very lucky.
My suggestion is SB: $25 Bin: $50

Well, I guess that's a difference in opinion, but I guess the warzone isn't good enough to use my own prices as base :p
