It's somewhat hard to see the detail of the structure, try using night vision.
BIn may be a tad too high, but with the starting bid you have that should not be a problem.

Amazing detail to it! However it's odd that it only has 1 exit / entry, why is this? Is it normal factions as opposed to HCF?

The build looks great. However, I dont like the massive wood bunched up blocking 70% of the drop zone. I think you will find a buyer that likes this type of spawn, anyway, best of luck.
