Dev for a Website and More

Hello! We are looking for a new developer at Tyler's Surveys & Rewards LLC.

What are we?:
We are a well put-together company that puts out websites that people can go on, download apps, and receive Paypal or any giftcard that is available from our website. We currently own a LLC, and our developer has been fired due to lack of inactivity and work. We will be putting a lot of money into advertising from pages such as https://instagram.com/highscools/ https://instagram.com/pubity/ and others like it.
Our staff is currently tylerisjewish (Owner/Ceo) thebaum64 (Manager/Organizer) and johnny c. (COO) (not on mcm)

What are we looking for?:
We are looking for a developer that has a good portfolio and amount of experience to develop this site.

What do we want from you?:
We want you to be active, get the website or website's done in a reasonable amount of time. The site's will need to be professional and well put together so that there are no problems or occurrences that we do not want.

What will you get?:
You will be getting X% (will be worked out in a call/chat via discord or mobile)

Anyhow, do you intend to advertise on platforms which consist mainly of people who don't have a lot of money?
These count by: Youtube (some channels specifically), Adwords on streaming websites, etc...
