Yea, when I ran the .exe on Virus Total it returned clean. I tried downloading the .jar to decomplie it and figure out what the hell it is, but it doesn't exist

For me, it did nothing. I downloaded it into a VM, and ran it. I spammed it, and didn't open a single thing. Not sure if I did something wrong, or it's just a pointless .exe

But it seems like all that .exe is meant to do is send a e-mail with your private GMail login info... to someone about his Minecraft plugins.
