Dev for Large Network

Heyo.
I’m looking for a developer who has a ton of experience and can make complicated plugins that don’t cause lag and work somewhat flawlessly. I own 999 Network and Infinity Network recently releases survival and skyblock servers which have gotten a combined 4,500 players in a week. Starting the prison server now and going to need 1 or maybe 2 really good developers who are willing to start working without being paid beforehand. Wait, you got 4.5k players in a week but can't afford to pay your devs?

They are gonna make money off of the server they work on. Of course I can I made over 3k this week however they will make a percentage of Buycraft off the server they work on. That seems like more of a fair payment for the devs since this is more of a partnership than a one and done

Most experienced devs won't do that since there is a high chance they won't be paid for their work. If a dev does offer to do it be prepared to lower your expectations because they probably aren't experienced at all.

I’ve gotten over 10 DM’s with impressive resumes. High chance they won’t be paid??? What lol it’s pretty much a guaranteed chance they will be overpaid.

I think a fair payment is being paid upfront for the work they’re about to do, not scammed.

Honestly fuck you for thinking that paying developers based on profits is fair. As an owner, you’re the one who is supposed to take on the risk of your server failing, not the developers. No self respecting developer will work under this scheme.
