Was talking about this in the shoutbox and think it would be beneficial to have some kind of development team on MCM to handle any design related bugs or improvements as well as designing the different themes available at Christmas etc.
At some point they could also work on bigger parts of the site as the site grows.
Just got to state that a lot of people on here probably write Java; these people should not be hired if this was to become a thing. Only developers with real world experience should be hired. People that do it for a living and use MCM in their spare time.
