Dev 30% Server income [ After expenses + payouts NOT including server cost I pay for that out of my own pocket ]
I DO NOT intend to take any money myself from the server other than to reinvest in advertising and upgrading hardware.

All I think I need to say is the harder you work the more money you have the potential to make. The better you code the more money you will earn. I am looking for someone who will put in the effort a employee willing to go the extra mile.
I have had bad results with past developers. I need someone who can communicate with me and does what they are asked and someone who does not go rouge all the time. I ask alot not to put to fine a point on it. I need someone who will not burn out easily.
You will [ legal guardian ] will need to sign a NDA and other freelance employment contracts so be ready for that if you are successful in your interview.
