Hey there, I'm Whos_Askin, owner of NirvanaMC

I'm looking for a very experienced developer with experience in java along with experience in Paper/Spigot API. I need a plugin developed, I know nothing about coding but I know this wont be an easy one. Please do not message me if you just "build servers" for people, because it is more than that. I need a plugin made FROM SCRATCH.
