Developer (1 Year of Knowledge) (Paid!)

Hello MC-Market.
Hey, today im looking for a developer that could help with a server that I am creating with an other developer named 'Alex' or known as 'Scherbs' the server has a very unique feel and creativity to it. We had a beta on the 12th of Feb, we hit around 25 people and everyone loved it but so many bugs and some missing features.

Requirements.
1. Must be the age of 14 or older.
2. Must know all basic java conventions
3. Must have extensive knowledge of the Bukkit and BungeCoord API
4. Must have at least little knowledge in MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis.
5. Must have the ability to function well in a team.
6. Anytime is great for us, but if you could do 5+ hours a week would be wonderful.
7. You will only be making Small to Medium plugins.
