Imma say it before anyone else and I’m not trying to trash but this couldn’t be more suspect.

I’d rather go down a dark alleyway with a greasy, wife beater wearing, “salesman” than send $10k via the internet to someone with zippo rep, no picture, nothing.


My advice: If you have the 10 grand to spend, have contracts written up, get someone above 18 who actually knows what they’re doing, and fly them out to sign and wire this money in person.

1. I don't think that this guys is trying to spend $10k on one developer. Very unreasonable and would put you back more time than higher multiple developers. He's probably looking for someone to manage a development team and find developers to hire individually.

2. IMHO if this guy actually has a $10k budget, he's probably going to require multiple ndas and contracts. I don't think you'd have to go to the extent of getting the employees to relocate, because then the costs would be on him.

3. Make sure who you (OP) are hiring is 18 or above, this would 100% be needed because there are some laws against hiring minors and work times because of conflicts with school times (I am 18 and unemployed, I've added you on discord).

4. OP if you could provide more information behind your backings (i.e. network/social media/proof of funds) you'd probably get more people contacting you.
