Hello, I have been creating a pixelmon server and I am really in need of a developer that knows what he or she is doing. The server is 1.12.2 and already have the default mods, does need a lot of work. Willing to pay if server makes profit. 2nd owner is need to help pay for hosting, and other things.

Once again, any experienced developer will not work for free "Willing to pay if the server makes a profit" is an extremely risky undertaking for any developer that may take your offer. If you can't afford to pay a developer before you make a profit, I hardly doubt you will be able to make something truly unique and fun. But good luck as always :).

I just really would recommend offering some sort of payment, it will improve your chances immensely of getting a developer to work with you :).
