I have a ton of custom, never seen before ideas for a factions server and am seeking a developer who is keen to own a server to help make my ideas into a reality.

Fair enough. Currently I have a server with roughly 60 fully configured and ready to go plugins. It's complete with builds and a core, and is almost ready for release. Only thing it's missing is some premium plugins and custom features.
